Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the online learning platform provided by yuko.tv (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or enrolling in any of our courses, you (“the Student” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Course Enrollment and Access Period

1.1. All courses available on this platform are one-time purchase (standalone) digital products.
1.2. The standard guaranteed access period for any purchased course is one (1) month (30 days) starting from the date of successful purchase completion.
1.3. After this one-month period, access to the course videos, materials, and certificates on TutorLMS will expire automatically. Please ensure you complete the curriculum within this timeframe.

2. Self-Study and No Support Policy

2.1. All courses are structured strictly on a self-study (independent learning) basis. The purchase price includes access to the digital learning materials only.
2.2. No individual tutoring, technical support, grading, feedback, or Q&A services are included in the course price. The Student is expected to progress through the materials independently.
2.3. Personal mentoring, Q&A support, or individual guidance are separate, optional premium services and require a separate paid contract, subject to availability.
2.4. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary internet connection, hardware, and software compatible with TutorLMS to view the courses. We are not liable for any technical issues on your end or data charges incurred.

3. Content Updates and Modifications

3.1. We reserve the right to add, modify, update, or remove any course content, lessons, quizzes, or materials at any time without prior notice.
3.2. These updates are made to improve the quality of the service, and the Student shall not be entitled to any compensation or previous versions of the content due to such updates.

4. Payment and Fees

4.1. You agree to pay the specified one-time fee for the course at the time of purchase.
4.2. Access to the course content on TutorLMS will be granted immediately upon successful payment processing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Due to the digital nature of our educational content, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided once the course has started.
5.2. A course is deemed to have started immediately upon purchase completion or when the student accesses the first lesson, video, or downloadable material.
5.3. You are responsible for reviewing the course curriculum, requirements, and system compatibility before making a purchase.

6. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Conduct

6.1. All content, including videos, texts, code, and graphics provided within the courses, is the exclusive intellectual property of yuko.tv.

7. Limitation of Liability and No Guarantee of Results

7.1. All courses and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding your personal progress, specific skill acquisition, employment opportunities, or financial gain as a result of taking our courses.
